FridayNightOhio.com, a cooperative high school football Web site for Gatehouse Ohio Newspapers — The Repository, the Independent, the Times-Reporter and the Suburbanite — is looking to expand opportunities this fall to include bands and varsity cheerleaders.
Schools can submit band and cheerleader team photos along with rosters for publication. Groups also can provide a YouTube URL for videos and/or mp3 audio files of a performance to appear on the site.
To simplify the inputting, rosters for bands and cheerleaders need to be sent electronically in a CSV or Excel file in the following format:
Varsity cheerleaders
First name, last name, Class year (numeric), First year on squad (numeric), title (if applicable)
Jane, Smith, 2010, 2008, captain
• E-mail information to joe.frollo@cantonrep.com. Attach the file as SchoolName_cheerleaders.csv/exl
Band
First name, last name, Class year (numeric), Position/instrument, title (if applicable)
Jane, Smith, 2010, majorette, captain
Joan, Smith, 2011, flag corps, vice president
James, Smith, 2012, trumpet, secretary

Photos
Photos need to be sent as JPEGs and at least 800 pixels wide.
