The list is down to 15 for the Stark County High School Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2015 and we’re looking for your input in determining who ultimately makes it.

 

Minerva senior running back Dalton Hartshorn was selected the Northeastern Buckeye Conference Player of the Year after leading Stark County in rushing this season.

After leading a remarkable turnaround this fall for the Perry High School football team, senior running back Braxton Berry was selected the Federal League Player of the Year.

Alliance, senior

Credentials 
Made seven tackles for loss among his 50 total tackles. ... Knocked down three passes and recovered a fumble. ... Earned first team all-district honors in Division III.

RB BRAXTON BERRY

Perry, senior


Credentials  Led the Federal League in rushing with 1,554 yards and 16 TDs on 261 carries. ... Gained 2,920 career rushing yards and scored 27 rushing TDs. ... Earned first team all-district honors in Division I.

For the first time, The Repository and WHBC collaborated on selecting the All-Stark County Football Team for 2014.

An unbeaten regular season earned Central Catholic a couple of the top awards on the 2014 Associated Press All-Northeast Ohio Inland District Football Team.

 

The Stark County High School Football Hall of Fame is seeking your input in determining who will be finalists for the Class of 2015.

 

Central Catholic will stay in Stark County and GlenOak will make the short trip to Akron for their regional semifinal football games Saturday.
