Lake Blue Streaks Team News

Lake first team All-Ohio linebacker Clay Shreve signed with Ashland University. He was the leading tackler for the Blue Streaks the last two years. His teammates voted him as Lake’s MVP in 2015 when he helped lead the Blue Streaks to the state playoffs and also starred at fullback.

Over the last two decades, McKinley High football coach Dan Reardon has learned two ironclad rules about recruiting.
 
1: If you want to play college football, he can help you.

National Signing Day is Wednesday.

High school athletes, including football players, sign their national letters of intent to play for a collegiate team. At least one area player will sign with a Division 1 school tomorrow.
