While there still are two games to go, Indian Valley has put itself in position for a second straight shot at the high school football postseason.

 

Here's what you need to know entering Week 9 of the high school football season:

COLUMBUS  The Ohio High School Athletic Association released its weekly football computer ratings today. The weekly computer ratings are released every Tuesday afternoon beginning after the fourth week of the season, leading up to the final report released Oct. 28. The top eight teams in each region will qualify for the regional quarterfinals.

CAMBRIDGE  The streaks continue.

Dover senior quarterback Mason Mamarella threw four touchdown passes — three to fellow senior Jonathan Fell — as the Tornadoes blew out Cambridge 42-9 in an East Central Ohio League football clash at McFarland Stadium on Friday night.
